Rovontra Gaming Club provides the following services:
- High-performance gaming PC rentals
- Virtual Reality (VR) gaming experiences
- eSports tournaments and competitions
- LAN gaming events and parties
- Private gaming sessions and events
- Gaming equipment rental
- Gaming coaching and training
- Team building events
3. Pricing and Payment
All gaming services must be paid for in advance or upon arrival. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Gaming PC Rental: 15 PLN/hour
- VR Gaming Experience: 25 PLN/hour
- Daily Pass: 80 PLN/day
- Monthly Membership: 200 PLN/month
- Private Event Package: from 500 PLN
- eSports Tournament Entry: 30 PLN/event
- Gaming Equipment Rental: 5 PLN/hour
- Gaming Coaching: 50 PLN/hour
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Following all club rules and guidelines
- Treating equipment with care and respect
- Maintaining appropriate behavior at all times
- Paying for services as required
- Notifying staff of any equipment issues immediately
- Providing accurate contact information
- Following age restrictions and parental consent requirements
- Respecting other gamers and staff members

While we take every precaution to ensure equipment safety and proper maintenance, Rovontra Gaming Club is not liable for any damage to personal belongings or injuries beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow strict safety procedures. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
8. Gaming Environment
We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe gaming environment. All equipment is regularly maintained and updated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our rules or creates a disruptive environment.
